Overview

Bronte - 14 de Julio stands as a beloved coffee shop nestled in the heart of Mar del Plata, at CQO, 14 de Julio 2000. Its charm blends the warmth of a classic bodegón atmosphere with a menu that skillfully balances tradition and affordability, making it a cornerstone for locals and visitors alike.

The highlight here is undeniably their pizzas. The “Pizza Especial” and the various options available have earned considerable praise for delivering generous portions and rich flavors that justify the steady crowd and fast-moving lines. Customers consistently commend the quality-to-price ratio, reinforcing Bronte – 14 de Julio as a hotspot for those seeking comforting and satisfying meals without overspending.

Beyond pizzas, the coffee experience is notable. The cortado and café tostado exprimido are crafted to please, accompanied perfectly by a selection of “facturas” – traditional Argentine pastries that enhance the authentic morning or afternoon ritual. Whether stopping by for a morning coffee with a media luna or indulging in a jugo de naranja with an alfajor de chocolate, the menu exudes local flavor and simplicity.

The space exudes familiarity rather than luxury – a bustling, no-frills environment where neighbors gather and time slows just enough to savor good food and company. This atmosphere attracts a diverse crowd: from daily office workers grabbing a quick café con leche and tostado, to families and tourists appreciating affordable, tasty breakfasts or casual dinners in a relaxed setting.

Service is another asset. Friendly and attentive, the staff help maintain the welcoming mood that keeps patrons returning. The autoservicio format enhances efficiency, allowing the space to accommodate its loyal flow without sacrificing the quality of the experience.

In essence, Bronte - 14 de Julio is a culinary refuge for those chasing authentic Argentine flavors paired with unbeatable value. It’s a place where every bite tells a story of tradition, and every visit feels like coming home.

Todo muy rico y muy económico. El tostado es enorme, el café rico. Tienen formato autoservicio.

We got breakfast to go twice during our stay in MDP. For 350 pesos (less than a dollar) you get a large and good coffee and 3 delicious pastries. There’s a reason the place is always full and the line goes out the door (it goes very fast).

Mucho frío. La puerta constantemente abierta. Todo más o menos.
